About Shipping

We are planning to have worldwide shops. We can only provide International Express Mail Service (EMS) . There will be different delivery time between different areas. You will receive an email notification regarding your shipping. If your area is not in EMS service, we will also try to fulfill your order.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. We try our best to ensure product quality and delivery methods, if there is any quantity difference or bad quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order numbers, items and reasons, we will deal with it as soon as possible.

  4. We follow a standard quality control process; however, it is hard to control some hand-made products, and we don’t offer the following conditions for hand-made products.
    • Hand-made protrusions and small scratches.
    • Seedy glass, it is glass material characteristic, and it is different from deformation.
    • Color difference (It may be difference between pictures and products because of lighting, and screen display)
  5. You may incur fees in addition to the general return cost. Refund leading time will be different by different payment and shipping.
